|Architectural Control Committee
The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a five (5) person committee elected by the Property Owners.
The purpose of the ACC is to review plans in order to ensure compliance with the RR&C's thus establishing and preserving a harmonious and pleasing community.
All exterior alterations and/or building construction must be approved in writing and may be monitored by the ACC.
