The Architectural Control Committee (ACC) is a five (5) person committee elected by the Property Owners.
The purpose of the ACC is to review plans in order to ensure compliance with the RR&C’s thus establishing and preserving a harmonious and pleasing community.
All exterior alterations and/or building construction must be approved in writing and may be monitored by the ACC.

Builder Program
The Westwood Shores Property Owners’ Association (POA) is offering an incentive program for builders.
There are undeveloped lots in Westwood Shores that have good market value. These may be lakefront or lake view, golf course, or be in another desirable location. Several of these lots have been identified by the POA Board to be offered to builders for the purpose of constructing a single family spec home with a temporary waiver of assessment fees.
